Zongson Zang
Zong Son (b. 1965, Korea) grew up in Seoul and graduated from Yonsei University before living in Hong Kong, London, and Singapore. She returned to Hong Kong in 2004, where years of constant relocation sparked a search for belonging—ultimately found in painting, her anchor and voice.
Workshops and residencies across Europe and the United States sharpened her visual training with open-ended, one-of-a-kind curricula. Now based in a quiet beach village in Hong Kong, she paints from daily life and travel, transforming observation into layered, intuitive narratives.
